PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Sean has a diverse commercial real estate background, including 35 years in development, leasing and property management. He has worked as both an owner representative and tenant representative for both local and national companies, exposing him to a myriad of commercial real estate scenarios. This gave him a better understanding of how landlords approach and underwrite deals.

Prior to Coughlin Advisors, Sean was a principal at C2 Partners. There he worked developing both office and industrial product for end-users, as well as handling acquisitions and dispositions for many of his clients.

Additionally, he focused much of his efforts on Tenant Representation in North Atlanta’s office markets. Sean was also the former President of TPA Realty Services where he managed a staff of 80 Real Estate Professionals. There he managing over 8 million SF of office product for institutional and local owners.

He directed the development and disposition(s) of over 3500 acres of land while at TPA in 5 separate well-known Atlanta and Savannah projects.

Sean is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia and is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors “Million Dollar Club.”

Over the last 2 years, Sean completed a new 1,037,000 SF building for Surya Rugs in N. Georgia as well as 2 other office/ warehouse projects totaling an additional 250,000 SF for end-users.

He also completed several notable leases for both national and local office tenants in North Atlanta.

EDUCATION

Sean graduated from Auburn University with a major in Business.

ACTIVITIES

Sean and his wife Deena live in Peachtree Corners, Georgia with their two sons, Colby and Cameron.
